David and Pat live in an apartment next to the retreat. They give their guests the best of both worlds. Privacy and independence with help and advice right next door if required.

Your hosts
David is a retired Senior Physics teacher who has enjoyed organising and designing a self-sufficient lifestyle. His main areas of interest are generation of energy from natural resources, living with and using sensitively, finite resources and local flora, fauna and geology.

Pat is a teacher who loves to cook and garden.

Pat and David both have Certificate II in Hospitality and Tourism. David has Certificate III in Tour Guiding. We are continuing our training in business management and marketing.

Both love fishing, bushwalking and watching the animals in the bush.
